Cost: Free Lecture Admission for Members of The Works, General Admission Non-Members The Works 2012 Winter Lecture Series focuses on World War I and features three guest speakers who will lecture on various topics. Seating is limited for these 2-hour lectures and granted on a first come, first serve basis. - January 8: "Automatic Small Arms of WWI" presented by Tracie Hill. Hill is an avid collector of firearms, published author, and speaker.
- February 19: "Eye Deep in Hell - Life in the Trenches of the Great War" presented by Philip Schreier. Schreier has been with the National Firearms Museum for more than 21 years and he appears regularly on NRA News, American Rifleman television, the History Channel, A&E and a host of other cable shows with firearms related programming.
- March 18: "WWI Underground Warfare" presented by Don Darmos. Darmos' lecture will also include a display of WWI artifacts.
