SPRING BREAK MINI ROBOTICS CAMP

Dates: TUE-FRIDAY, MARCH 28-31

Time: 3-5 PM

Ages: 8-10

Cost: $125/$100 Members/Pre-Registration Required/Limit 24

Mini robotics camp is packed with fun! Get an introduction to robotics and test basic programming and building skills.

• Design, build, and program a LEGO® WeDo 2.0 robot

• Work as a team to find solutions to robotics challenges

• Receive an introduction to Jr FIRST® LEGO® League

 

SPRING BREAK DROP IN DAILY ACTIVITIES

Dates: TUE-FRIDAY, MARCH 28-31

Time: 10 AM-2 PM

Ages: FAMILY-FRIENDLY, All ages

Cost: Free with Admission/Members FREE

Spring Break Drop In programs will be held in The Works Science Theater. (Some projects

will be first-come first-served and when supplies are gone they

will be replaced with other items.)

 

Tuesday: Reverse Engineering -Take apart and discover the parts inside “robots” and what makes them work.

Wednesday: Ozobots - Discover how even the smallest robots interact with their environment.

Thursday: Build a Bot - Get hands on and build a “robot” to take home.

Friday: Robotic Minds - Learn how to communicate like a robot and try out programming.
