Glass Studio

The Works is home to one of the few operational "hot shops" in Central Ohio open to the public offering demonstrations, workshops, and private instruction.

Visitors as young as 9 years of age can try their hand at hot glass blowing. Of course, one of The Works' professional glass artists will be there to help!

Experience the art of glass blowing during a visit to The Works Glass Studio. Talented glass artists transform white-hot blobs of molten glass into colorful vases, bowls and other beautiful works of art right before your eyes during daily demonstrations. Some of these beautiful works of art are then taken to the museum Gift Shop to be sold to the public. View Gift Shop merchandise.
