"The Works' support of FIRST robotics has directly impacted Licking County, where youth participation has quadrupled from 30 students in 2012 to more than 120 in 2015." Jeff Richards, FIRST Senior Mentor Ohio

At The Works: Ohio Center for History, Art & Technology high quality education is our passion, and inspiring today's children to become tomorrow's engineers, creators, and innovators is our goal. To continue our success in education requires three main ingredients...

Reinvestment in quality programming
The Works is proud to provide educational programming designed to spark passion. We are a catalyst for education and industry in our region. To keep programming relevant and successful, we must regularly reinvest in the educational resources we offer. That means updating exhibits, creating new off-campus programming, and offering more teacher professional development opportunities.

Volunteers who are the heart and soul of The Works
The Works could not work without our volunteers. They make guests smile, dedicate their time and expertise, and help create a magical Works' experience for each of our guess. With the help of our more than 150 volunteers, we are able to provide more than 50 educational programs every year, visit 182 schools across 12 counties, and serve guests from 35 states.
Financial support from donors like you
We need your help to remain a cultural, professional, and educational hub for our region. To accomplish our goal requires not only quality programming and volunteer support, it also requires an investment from those in our community who are able to give back in an impactful way to help those who are not able to financially contribute.
